FAMILY
TRADITIONS
The restaurant tradition began in 1945, Lawton, Oklahoma. Billy B and his brother, JT, aka, Slim started their first café. Although simple, the brothers strived to bring high quality food, great service, and exceptional value to their guests. Their passion and dedication to these ideals are the same standards we work to uphold
every day at all Billy B’s

Wanda Lee

Billy B met and married Wanda Lee in 1948, and she became an integral part of the restaurants, running the dining room, and contributing her famous fried chicken recipe. Billy B and Wanda Lee loved the social aspect of the restaurant business, and wanted their guests to feel at home, ahead of their time, they loved and played music in the restaurant.
We do the same today, with songs from that era,
All Billy B’s family members strive to make each and every guests dining experience memorable, it’s the least we can do.
Jay and Dorothy, married for 65 years. a true love story.
They enjoyed dining out and experiencing a stylish night club from time to time.
Jay & Dorothy are the inspiration of the style and music of the Boogie Woogie Bar,
Timeless, ...let's dine, dance and party.
Raising their family to appreciate simple pleasures in life, they contribute to the restaurants on a daily basis in style, warmth and especially beer. Jay was a beer aficionado long before it became trendy. Jay and Dorothy’s signature “BEST BEER” Golden Lager can be enjoyed and purchased at all Billy B’s Hash Houses.
